Mush3D End User License Agreement

Last updated: June 4, 2026. This End User License Agreement governs access to and use of the Mush3D web app, desktop app, licensing services, software API, and related services.

If you have a separate signed agreement or order form with Mush3D, that signed document controls where it conflicts with this EULA. Otherwise, this EULA and the active subscription tier define the license rights.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, downloading, installing, accessing, or using Mush3D, you agree to this EULA. If you use Mush3D for a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept this EULA on its behalf.

2. License Grant

Subject to this EULA, payment of applicable fees, and the active subscription tier, Mush3D grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Mush3D for your internal creative, technical, pipeline, and production workflows.

Mush3D is licensed, not sold. Mush3D and its licensors retain all rights in the software, website, services, documentation, license systems, and related technology.

3. License Tier Terms

Your active tier controls the features, commercial rights, desktop licensing model, activation capacity, and software API access available to you.

IndieCommercial use is allowed only while the user or company is under USD 100,000 in annual gross revenue.Single-user, node-locked desktop license. One active machine activation per paid subscription.

EnterpriseCommercial production use is allowed for the licensed organization and its authorized internal users.Floating license with team license management.Activation capacity is based on the paid floating seat count. Software API access is included for licensed internal workflows.

If an Indie user or company no longer qualifies for Indie because annual gross revenue exceeds USD 100,000, continued commercial production use requires upgrading to Pro or Enterprise.

4. Accounts And Activations

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. License keys, activation records, machine identifiers, subscription state, and seat counts are verified server-side.

Indie and Pro licenses are node-locked and limited to one active machine activation per paid subscription. Enterprise floating licenses may be used by authorized internal users up to the paid floating seat count.

5. Software API

Enterprise includes software API access for licensed internal workflows. The software API may be used to automate supported Mush3D operations for the licensed organization and its authorized users.

Software API access does not allow resale, public hosting, external service bureau access, or any workflow that gives unlicensed third parties direct or indirect access to Mush3D.

6. Customer Content

You retain ownership of your files, meshes, animation caches, scenes, inputs, outputs, production data, and other customer content. Mush3D does not claim ownership of your customer content or production outputs.

If you upload, transmit, or process customer content through online Mush3D features, you grant Mush3D only the limited rights needed to provide, secure, operate, and troubleshoot those features for you.

Mush3D will not use customer content to train AI or machine learning models unless you separately agree in writing.

7. No Customer Publicity Rights

Mush3D will not use your name, company name, logos, trademarks, project names, screenshots, files, models, animation caches, outputs, or production materials in marketing, public customer lists, case studies, demos, press, social posts, or promotional material without your prior written permission.

8. Restrictions

  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code except where applicable law expressly allows it.
  • Do not bypass, disable, or interfere with licensing, activation, entitlement, account, or payment controls.
  • Do not redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, sell, resell, lend, or provide Mush3D as a hosted service to third parties.
  • Do not use Mush3D to build a competing product or to provide unlicensed access to Mush3D features.
  • Do not use more seats, machines, accounts, or API access than the active subscription or written agreement allows.

9. Payments And Renewals

Paid tiers require an active subscription or another Mush3D-approved license grant. Billing, renewal, cancellation, taxes, and payment method management may be handled by the applicable payment provider.

Cancellation stops future renewals unless the applicable checkout, billing portal, order form, or written agreement states otherwise. Access may continue until the end of the paid period, subject to this EULA and payment provider status.

10. Support

Mush3D may provide product support through available channels. No response time, uptime commitment, service level agreement, dedicated support, emergency support, professional services, or custom development is included.

11. Updates And Changes

Mush3D may provide updates, fixes, improvements, or changes to the software and services. Material changes to this EULA will not reduce paid license rights during the current paid term unless required for security, legal compliance, or prevention of abuse.

12. Termination

Mush3D may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, license misuse, abuse, unlawful activity, security risk, or material violation of this EULA. After termination, you must stop using Mush3D and uninstall or delete any unauthorized copies.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mush3D is provided "as is" and "as available." Mush3D does not warrant that the software or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every production requirement.

14. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mush3D will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost production time, or business interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mush3D's total liability for claims relating to Mush3D is limited to the amount paid for Mush3D by the customer during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Separate Written Terms

Larger companies may require procurement, security, privacy, or legal review. If Mush3D and a customer sign a separate written agreement or order form, that document controls over this EULA only for the terms that conflict.
